Instruction to update to ICIS 5.5 from the accompanying zipped file:
---------------------------------------------------------
1. Download the zip file from this release
2. Extract to the ICIS5 or ICIS folder
3. Run Diagnostic tool. Refer to this site for details

a. Do a configuration test.
b. Do a database test. Check for missing tables and fields.
c. Fix the database.
4. To update the ICIS Retriever
a. copy the ICIS-RTV.mdb from the unzipped ICIS5\Database\Template\Local folder to the user's own local database folder
b. Back up the existing RTV to a different name and rename the ICIS-RTV to the corresponding local database RTV name.
c. Transfer the queries from the old one by running the latest RTV. For details, refer to http://cropwiki.irri.org/icis/index.php/ICIS_Retriever_5.5#Transfer_Queries_from_old_RTV
5. To install the Data Comparison tool
a. Extract the files from ICIS - Data Comparison Tool.zip
b. Run the setup.exe
